"It is the duty of owners and occupiers of non-domestic premises who maintain and repair the building to assess and manage the risks from the presence of asbestos"
REGULATION 4, Control of Asbestos Regulations 2006

The purpose of the Asbestos Surveys is to locate, as is reasonably practicable the presence and extent of any asbestos containing materials in the premises which could be disturbed or damaged during the normal occupancy of the building and to assess their condition.

The survey can involve some minor intrusive work and a little disturbance which we will always keep to a minimum and is dependant on what is practicable for each individual building including accessibility, type of construction and style of building.
